waaahhh!!!sgt penat hari nie!!!hari nie aku shif pagi kt ward D2, ward medical...kt ward nie de lodger dr ICU sbb kt c2 sbb ICU da pnuh,huhu...kitorg xley masuk yg cubicle tue...tgk dr luar jew, fuhh, seram gak tgk...sume yg chronic2...lam ward aku nie de sorg patient methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)...spatutnyer patient nie kne dok lam bilik isolation, tp sume cubicle yg bercermin tue da dgunakn tuk ICU patient, jd diorg letak kt cubicle biasa jew, hnye tutup dgn tirai...bahaya tul la sbb pnyakit nie bahaya, boley berjngkit...hari nie assignment aku wt medication n jd mobile, kne make sure sume keje dibuat,huhu...pnat tue nk pastikan sume complete...mse tgh wt medication tuk intravenous (IV), yg masuk kot jarum yg kt tgn tue, biasanyer wt masuk air kt c2, msti korg taw kn?zati da x gna istilah medical sgt da tue,t korg x faham lak...lpas tue kn, mse nk wt kt patient yg MRSA tue, mase tue bwu lpas wt wound debridement kt patient tue, cm buang kulit yg da mati, yg tue doctor la yg wt...lpas tue check la tekanan darah (BP), drop, rendah sgt2...spo2(oksigen dlm darah) pun drop, smpai 85%..lg truk bila kt tmpt jarum tue de blister, byk lak tue, ciap pecah pun da ada...kne la off branula tue, doctor kne insert yg baru...2 org doctor try, tpp x dpt gak, x jmpe line, sume tmpt da try, kt tgn, kaki, kt femoral(celah kangkang), nsib bek x kt jagular(kt leher)...lpas tue call doktor yg len, try la kt tgn lg skali, akhirnya dpt gak,huhu...lame giler la mguruskn patient tue je..pnat sgt2...dpt gak dselamatkn... smlm aku keje kt klinik orthopedic, klinik patah tulang, biasanyer tuk pasang POP(simen) la...kt c2 gak de bilik dressing, tuk cuci luka...cm biasa la, kne cuci luka, da jd rutin..mcm2 jenis luke ada,huhu...luke yg besar,yg kecik, sume ada...yg paling best smlm aku dpt wt STO(bkak jahitan), first time wt taw,huhu...dah la 11 jahitan aku bkak, mula2 nk potong tue ketar gak tgn sbb takot kne kulit patient,huhu...bila jahitan yg ke3 tue da ok da, da relax, cehhh,hehe...de sowg lg patient kne 27 jahitan, dr lengan, siku smpai bwah ckit pd ketiak, pnjang tue,huhu...cuci luka lak,fuhhh!!!bau die, mmg power la,huhu...pkai mask pun ley bau lg...de yg truk, de yg da nk elok dah...yg smlm rmai patient diabetic yg nk cuci luka, dah la rmai,huhu... esk da cuti, smpai luse je pown,hehe...minggu dpn keje kt wrd orthopedic lg, tp shif pagi, msti bz giler2...msti byk dressing...wahhh,pnatnyer aku nnt...xpela, minggu dpn da last dah kt hospital taiping nie, lpas tue da nk alik KL dah...lpas tue kne menghadapi osce(exam amali) lak...sok nk kuar p taiping sentral, minggu last kt cni bwu nk jln2,kih3x...sbnrnyer de sbb len,nk taw x?hehe...sbb bwu dpt elaun, yg bln lpas sume da hbis, huhu...da gtaw prince aku nk kuar, die psan jimat ckit duit tue, jgn hbiskn tuk shopping jew,hehe...cm taw2 jew min nie, yela2 by cube la control diri nie,huhu...boley kew?hehe...ok2,by try, tgk la cne sok...
